研究方向

半导体光电催化分解水、CO2还原以及光催化降解有机污染物

旨在利用太阳能实现清洁能源的转换和环境污染物的处理。研究主要采用瞬态吸收光谱,时间分辨红外光谱以及光电化学测试手段来研究光电催化反应的微观动力学及机理,从而获得影响半导体器件效率的关键因素,以便更好的指导新材料的开发。本人研究工作发现,通过阴阳离子(B4O72-、CO32-和Cu2+)改性可以有效抑制TiO2光生载流子的复合,从而增加光生空穴的寿命,提高二氧化钛的光催化活性;此外,将这些离子固载化可以解决催化剂的循环使用问题;超快瞬态吸收光谱研究发现ZnTe的光生电子能够迅速被深捕获态占据,从而降低了光生电子的氧化能力,载流子最终通过trapping/detraping模式复合,因而揭示了ZnTe基材料效率低下的原因。
