科研工作:

主要从事气相色谱、液相色谱、毛细管电泳,以及与质谱的联用技术方面的科研及教学工作,研究兴趣是生物药物分离与检测,包括色谱(毛细管电泳)-质谱联用技术、敞开式离子化质谱技术;应用领域涉及药物分析,组学分析,生物与临床分析。曾先后主持过国家自然科学基金委重点项目、科学仪器专项、面上项目、教育部回国人员基金项目、中法先进研究计划项目、科技部国家科技支撑计划项目、国家重大科技专项、教育部博士点基金项目,以及多项横向合作和国际合作项目。迄今发表有关论文240余篇,著作3部,并作为副主编参与了一套色谱技术丛书(第一版14册,第二版23册,化工出版社)的组织编写工作,获得第七届石油和化学工业优秀科技图书奖一等奖。曾获中国测试协会科技一等/二等/三等奖各一次。在色谱和毛细管电泳及其与质谱的联用技术方面积累了较为丰富的研究经验。在国内外学术会议上多次应邀作大会报告和邀请报告。至今培养博士研究生30多名。


研究方向

生物药物分离与检测,主要包括色谱(包括毛细管电泳)-质谱联用技术、敞开式离子化质谱技术、应用领域为生命组学分析、药物分析与临床分析。
