                                           柔性无机半导体材料与器件 1. 柔性电子/光电子器件:基于V族半导体纳米结构(II-V, III-V)的柔性晶体管、探测器、传感器; 2. 可与柔性电子器件集成的柔性储能单元:基于金属氧化物纳米结构的柔性微型锂电池、微型超级电容器; 3. 柔性储能-传感一体化系统及印刷电子技术在柔性器件上的应用。
