个人经历
1997年9月~2002年7月:兰州大学、成都生物所与上海有机所联合培养博士并获兰州大学博士学位(硕博连读)。期间主要从事:①天然植物中活性物质的提取、分离、结构确证;②金属配合物与cDNA的相互作用;③天然产物的全合成等,研究成果已发表论文多篇。1989年9月~1993年7月:北京化工大学分析专业本科学习。期间主要学习各种分析仪器的原理与应用。
主要成就
2002年7月~2004年7月:中国科学院上海有机所博士后。期间,在林国强院士的指导下,联合天津药物研究院、中检所及江苏扬子江药业集团药物研究院从事COX-2特异性抑制剂(国家一类新药)的合成、药效学、毒理学、制剂、质量标准的研究,研究成果已申报专利多项。该项目正在进行二期临床研究 [临床受理号: CN X0305102, CN X0305103, CN X0305101]。
2004年7月~2006年7月:美国加州大学洛杉矶分校David Geffen医学院博士后。期间从事胞、酶反应、DNA与蛋白质分析等大规模集成微流控芯片的研究,并在加州理工微流控实验室完成了芯片制作全过程的培训及所有多功能集成芯片的设计、制作与相关问题的研究。研究成果已发表在《Angew. Chim. Int. Ed.》《AnlyticalChemistry》、《Chem. Commun.》及《Biomed. Microdevices》等杂志,并申请美国专利一项。其中,发表在《Angew. Chim. Int. Ed.》的论文被国际著名杂志《Nature》作为前沿研究而报道。
2006年作为海外高级引进人才到杨凌工作,西北农林科技大学给配给150多平方米的实验室,200万元的科研启动费,主攻生物纳米材料和芯片技术。
研究方向
王进义,男,1969年12月出生,教授,博士生导师。1993年本科毕业于北京化工大学,2002年于兰州大学获博士学位,2002-2006年先后在中国科学院上海有机化学研究所(2002-2004)和美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(2004-2006)从事博士后研究工作,2006年至今在我校理学院工作。目前主要从事分析化学新技术和新方法的研究与相关教学工作。2015年被评为全国优秀教师,2013年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2009年被评为陕西省优秀留学回国人员,2008年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。已培养研究生34人,其中获教育部博士研究生学术新人奖3人,获陕西省优秀博士学位论文2篇。
