The ordered structure and conductivity of the electrospun nanofibers have important effect on the behaviors of cells. In this article, the ordered poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid) (PLGA) nanofibers were obtained both by magnetic electrospinning and rolling cylinder electrospinning. And the deposition of Polypyrrole (PPy) on the surface of the ordered fibers brought these fibers with good conductivity. The results indicated that compared with rolling cylinder electrospinning, the fibers fabricated via magnetic electrospinning had a higher degree of ordered alignment. The uniform deposition of PPy without aggregating on the fibers resulted in the increase of the diameter and the roughness of fibers. The morphologies of MC3T3-E1 cells cultured indicated the ordered structure of PLGA fibers induced the cells to grow along the direction of fibers which resulted in that the cells were much longer and narrower than those cultured on unordered fibers.
