In this article a method of inkjet printing applied to create conductive patterns on electrospun composite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering is presented. By incorporation of conductive polyaniline and bioactive particles and drugs (osteogenon, calcium phosphate nanoparticles) within an electrospun polycaprolactone/gelatin composite scaffold, we have obtained a biocompatible, bioactive, hybrid scaffold system, which provides an electrically conductive environment.
