1987.7-1989.9 内蒙古民族师范学院化学系,助教,从事本科生教学工作。

1989.9-1994.11中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,攻读博士学位,获理学博士学位。从事稀土纳米材料与技术研究。

1994.11-2014.11 长春理工大学化学与环境工程学院,历任教研室副主任,系副主任,系主任,学院副院长,学院院长,从事本科生、硕士生和博士生教学工作和指导学位论文工作,从事纳米材料与技术研究。

2014.12-至今  长春理工大学化学与环境工程学院,教授/博士生导师,从事教学与科学研究。

2003.9-2004.1 北京外国语大学,培训英语。

2004.3-2004.9 美国纽约州立大学宾厄姆顿分校,高级访问学者,从事纳米材料与技术研究。
